You can access your tickets at http://hostyan.com/supporttickets

The support ticket system login is your primary contact email address and billing password.

After using the system... You will receive an automated email with a copy of your request and a ticket number in the subject line. If you do not get an automated email with a ticket number, then we did not receive your request.

If you get an email that says, "Please reply to support@hostyan.com", this is the email that we ask you reply to if you have further questions. You do not need to reply until you have further questions.
